After identifying the core areas of need — Landscape, Customers, Organization or People — we enter our research phase. We start by gathering and assessing information available to us from within the organization, but sometimes find it necessary to conduct original research to ensure that we are working with the latest information and most pertinent data.
The results of our research are distilled and transformed into highly focused and directed discussions using our proprietary Dialogs for Change™ model — alone or in conjunction with business simulations or other tools.
The dialogs are facilitated through a series of workshops carefully designed to help individuals understand different perspectives and draw relevant conclusions on their own.
